Qlik Sense SaaS QVS files are not being loaded

Any qvs file that is not encoded in UTF-8 DOM is susceptible to fail during a reload.

Environment

• Qlik Sense Enterprise
• Qlik Sense Business

Workaround:

Using Notepad++ (or any other text editor that allows changing the encoding)  check if the qvs files are currently using UTF-8 DOM encoding, if not it's recommended to change it so it doesn't fail.
