Qlik Sense for Windows: Service Dispatcher main services healthcheck endpoints

This article lists the approaches an administrator can use to monitor the uptime/health of the Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher's main sub-services. No specific recommendations for implementing the endpoints on the network appliance are provided.

Resolution

Regular virtual proxy authentication:

• About Service: GET /api/about/v1/systeminfo
• Hub Service: GET /api/hub/about
• Capability Service:  GET /api/capability/v1/list
• ODAG Service:  GET /api/odag/v1/about
• Data Profiling Service: GET api/dataprepservice/v1/openapi

Client certificate authentication needed:

• License service:  GET :9200/v1/licenses/overview

Since version May 2025 (or possibly November 2024) the Hub Service requires an xrfkey in the get request.
