Qlik Sense/iOS: On IPAD & iPhone, Qlik Sense session ends immediately if a user minimizes the browser to switch to another application

On IPAD & iPhone, Qlik Sense session ends immediately if a user minimizes the browser to switch to another application. Once back to Qlik Sense, the following error will be displayed

Resolution

Defect QB-14264 was identified by R&D. The issue is caused by an Experimental Feature being enabled in Safari, namely: NSURLSession WebSocket 

Fixed in

The issue is resolved in Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows February 2023 and any later releases.

• February 2022 Patch 13
• May 2022 Patch 10
• August 2022 Patch 5
• November 2022 Patch1

Workaround for previous versions:

Disable NSURLSession WebSocket  in the iOS Experimental Features.

In fact it seems that I have a more serious problem, when I minimizes Qlik Sense, it deletes all my contacts, I have already searched all sources, I tried all the methods from here https://setapp.com/how-to/how-to-transfer-data-to-a-new-iphone, but so far I have not been able to return my phone with the contacts I had, can this problem be generated by Qlik? because as far as I know on the iphone can not be problems with viruses or other things that could erase my data (the phone is new, iphone 14 pro bought half a year ago)

The Qlik mobile client does not interact with other apps.

Please contact Apple or your iPhone reseller for assistance on this.
