Environment:

- Open the QlikView Management Console
- Navigate to Setup
- Open your QlikView Server (QVS@hostname)
- Go to Documents
- Check Allow Session Collaboration
Document Setting:
- Open the QlikView Management Console
- Navigate to Document
- Open User Documents
- Select your *.qvw
- Open Server
- Open Availability
- Enable Session Collaboration
If the document is distributed through a Publisher: Please note that you have to set the same settings for the SourceDocument/ Task.
How to share the session from the AccessPoint:
- Open the QlikView Document on which you enabled Session Sharing
- Locate Share Session in the Toolbar of the document.
If you cannot see the Share session option and only just now enabled sharing, restart the QlikView Server service or wait for the document to timeout from memory and open it again. If the document was previously open, the setting would not apply until the document has been flushed from memory. - Click Start Sharing
- Copy the provided URL and share it with a user who can access the document.

Hello @Maria_Halley
Is this "Session Collaboration" functionality still available if we switch from CALs licenses to an SLK with Analyser and professional licences ? QlikView

Hello @Loic6
It is. I verified it on a QlikView May 2022 server with an SLK license. I can share with a user who has either a professional or analyser license assigned.
All the best,
Sonja
