Using the ODBC (via Direct Access gateway) connector to reload from a MongoDB Atlas database via Qlik Data Gateway Direct Access, the task fails with the below error:

Resolution
To connect to a MongoDB Atlas source for use with Qlik Data Gateway Direct Access, follow the configuration detailed in Create a MongoDB connection.
Cause
The MongoDB Atlas SQL driver is not supported for use with the ODBC (via Direct Access gateway) connector. Refer Unsupported or partially supported drivers | ODBC (via Direct Access gateway).
