@stevedark you are correct, trying logging in from different machines.
The 500 only occurs on 1 machine
Not getting any login pages for any of our tenants
trying on Windows machines, Edge and Chrome and different machines and different internet connections
Also confirmed by support, they raised an issue for the infrastructure team

I instruct all my clients to look for issues on the site first before contacting me. Now I am getting unnecessary calls, and for sure your support department to.
It seems to be a EU data centre issue, as I also have a tenant in the US data centre and that one is working fine.
It has been updated.
