[UTILITIES ]E: The State Manager cannot allocate new agent [1021400] (statemanager.c:405)
This means that one of the task components was replaced, and the task was resumed.
In this situation, the task is not able to position itself correctly if the source or target endpoints was replaced. Therefore, after replacing an endpoint, you will need to reload the task/start it from timestamp.
