Thumbnails randomly disappear after QlikView Distribution Service (QDS) reload: "No Preview Available" in Access Point

Occasionally, after a reload, the image thumbnail that is applied to the customer's documents get removed. "No Preview Available" on the Access Point.
This can happen on any document, at different, unrelated, times. It cannot be reproduced at will.

- QlikView April 2020 (12.50)
Resolution
This was identified as a defect. The fix is currently planned for QlikView 12.50 SR4, with a possible release date in February.
