Timeout error when embedding Qlik Sense Sheet in a Qlik NPrinting HTML report

Users are shown a timeout error when previewing a Qlik NPrinting HTLM report which has a Qlik Sense sheet embedded.

Resolution

A Theme is applied to the Qlik Sense sheet. This theme applies unsupported types, such as gradient.

Unsupported types are:

gradient
box-shadow
padding

To resolve the issue, configure the Qlik NPrinting connection to not include the app theme by unchecking Apply Sense app theme. See Connecting to Qlik Sense apps on a Qlik Sense server.
