The Qlik Sense Management Console has a Log Collector included. Attempting to export logs through the collector may fail with:

Error " Failed to download log collector export "

Resolution

Verify that the user you export the log files with has the required root admin role. Only root admins can use the Log Collector. 

Adding root admin and admin users 

Cause

Export Server Logs api only available for users with root admin role
