The "Created Date" in the Qlik Sense QMC's License Management page changed for Analyzer/Professional Access allocations after applying the renewed License if the total number of Users in renewed License has less number of Total Users in the previous License.

Cause
The Repository detects that there are more existing Analyzer/Professional assignments than allowed by the license and started the process of setting the excessive assignments to "Excluded". Here Repository needs to decide which of the assignments are to be "Excluded" and which remain as "Allocated".
This is based on the time they were created, so it purposely remove and then recreate some of them - hence the new "CreatedDate". This should happen only to those assignments that got set to "Excluded"
QMC's "License usage summary" page shows different percentage usage. This is expected since the values are calculated against the total number of users allowed by the current license in use.
