As you may know, Qlik recently launched Qlik Cloud Data Integration, and we had customers ask us about how they could benefit from both offerings. Our traditional on-premise, client-managed offering is still the same. The Qlik-managed solution offers an expanded set of use cases, including process orchestration, cloud sources, and more. Specifically, client-managed Qlik Compose and the new Qlik-managed Transformation Service are complementary offerings.

The growing volume of data coupled with increased business use cases for analytics has created problems for data teams, especially around modeling, transforming, and interpreting data. Enterprises seek to democratize data pipeline development so more people in different data roles can participate in that process and do it in a way that's manageable, scalable, and robust.

Data teams are looking to automate their data lakes, data vaults, and data marts and choose a solution that helps them manage the end-to-end data lifecycle. Other teams prioritize greater flexibility with fit-for-purpose transformations that automate data marts without creating a data vault.

Qlik Cloud Government releases two features into the platform: Customer Managed Keys  for enhanced data encryption and GeoOperations for advanced mapping and geographical analysis.

We are pleased to announce the next version of Qlik Sense Mobile SaaS.  Qlik Sense Mobile is our fully native iOS and Android app that delivers an enhanced user experience on mobile devices, fully interactive engine-driven exploration online and offline, and integrated alerting with push notifications.   Together, these capabilities drive awareness when action might be needed, analysis to determine the best decision in mobile situations, and ultimately action to capture the business moment.

Qlik continues to expand its portfolio of cloud reporting use cases with our Q4 release today. To provide ‘presentation ready’ style analytics, highly requested by our customers, we’re excited to announce our support of Microsoft PowerPoint format output within native Subscriptions and advanced composition reporting with the Qlik Reporting Service.

We have recently introduced a new, natural language object in Qlik Sense SaaS that can be added directly to dashboards and applications to deliver AI-generated insights.  This capability extends our NLG capabilities beyond the Insight Advisor experience, allowing a much broader audience of Qlik Sense users to benefit from narrative interpretations and readouts when exploring in dashboards, boosting data literacy and delivering improved data storytelling.

It's official! Databricks and Google BigQuery connectors are now available for Direct Query, expanding connectivity across cloud databases for Qlik Sense SaaS.
