Qlik Sense February 2019 is now available!

Hi Public Sector Group!

I am pleased to announce that the February 2019 Qlik Sense release is now available.

The Qlik Sense February 2019 release includes design improvements, advanced authoring features, and our visualization extension bundle.  This release also includes market leading mobile advancements.

The Visualization Bundle:

  • Funnel chart – to show progression of a measure through stages
  • Sankey chart – displays a measure as a flow and how the measure is divided into categories in one or more stages
  • Radar chart – shows a measure spread on a polar chart with two category dimensions, one for the axes and one for areas
  • Heat Map – shows a matrix of color values with two dimensions and a measure
  • Multi KPI object – shows measures with more options and customizations than the standard KPI object
  • Word Cloud – highlights the most common occurrences in the text dimensions
  • Network chart – visualizes a graph with dimensions for nodes, parents and measures

 

New Mobile Capabilities:

  • New Qlik Sense Mobile app support for Android OS devices
  • Open and consume Mash-ups in Qlik Sense Mobile app
  • Microsoft InTune EMM support Including policy and device management
  • Market Leading Security Zimperium integration for best in class mobile threat detection
  • MS Azure SSO authentication

  • Usability Enhancements
    • Single page tabbed application
  • Advanced Authoring Enhancements
    • Dollar sign expansion
    • Share Button addition to the Dashboard Bundle
    • Improved map chart layers with Web Map Service support (WMS)
  • Better connectivity with integrated single-sign-on in several connectors
