The Qlik Academic Program was invited to Penn State University this month to host a Qlik Sense Workshop for graduate students studying analytics. Students attending the workshop had joined the program prior to beginning for a year of free software, training, and additional resources. The workshop gave the students the opportunity to learn more about Qlik Sense the product, how to build visualizations, and what makes Qlik unique compared to the basic query tools they were exposed to in the past.
The turnout was impressive and the students left the workshop feeling excited about continuing their Qlik journey. Students were especially excited to learn Qlik so they could increase their chances of being hired by one of the thousands of Qlik customers both in Pennsylvania and around the world!
We look forward to continued workshops with Penn State!
