Qlik App Automation Quota

Hello everybody,

I would like to know if it is possible to monitor the amount of App Automation flows you have run. I have the one that is included in the tenant, so I have 5.000 flow executions per month. Therefore, I would really like to know how many flows I have remaining.

Yes, definitely - and the same for Reporting Services.

Sorry, I thought this was an idea suggestion so I meant to imply "yes, this is a great idea" but now I realise it's a question - sorry! I don't think either of these are available yet!

Good to confirm that this information is not yet available. It would be absolutely wicked to have that data displayed just like the users and license information.

Until Qlik adds a count / KPI on the amount of automation runs i suggest you create it yourself in a Qlik app or an automation. Use https://climber-se.eu.qlikcloud.com/api/v1/automations/{id}/runs to get the runs of an automation (there is a limit parameter, std is 10 but try 100).

Hello!

Thanks for your answer! I am now testing this but I am not getting the runs per automation. I use the automation endpoint to get the IDs, I pasted one, just for testing, but the the preview does not show anything. I assumed that the guid_u0 column is the automation ID. 

This is how my URL looks like
