Salesforce 401 response

We're receiving  a 401 response on a simple query in our salesforce blend on a semi-regular basis. We haven't been able to determine the cause and didn't know if someone else has experienced this before.

401 error is primarily a connection error. Please check your connection to Salesforce in the automation. If the issue persists, please raise a support ticket and the team shall look into it.
