I also do not see Qlik App Automations in your menu - are you using a client-managed version of Qlik Sense?

Qlik AutoML is only available in Enterprise SaaS versions of Qlik Sense in the Qlik Cloud.

Unfortunately, AutoML is only available on Qlik Sense Enterprise tenants in the Qlik Cloud, so Qlik Sense Business is not supported.
