Hi, 

Qlik Alerting is installed on the same server as Qlik Sense ? 
You need to check your Qlik Sense logs (Engine, Proxy and Repository), and check any warning/error relevant, and maybe share it

The qlik alerting server is installed on a separate server from qlik sense.
