Failed to reload the app with section access using Platform Operations Reload block

I have an automation that reloads apps on some other tenants with Platform Operations "Reload App" block. I am working with a multitenant subscription and have a regional OAuth user created, that is used in Platform Operation connection set up.

The issue is that I can't reload the app if it includes Section Access.  ("No access after reload, check your section access script. failed to perform reload: unknown engine error"). Section Access uses USER.EMAIL, but I don't know how to add OAuth user, under which the reload is started

I've tried to use USERID in section access and add IdP for qlikbot user as on the screenshot. Section Access was working for my account but still can't reload the app from the automation. 

For on-prem we use INTERNAL\SA_SCHEDULER, but what to use in Qlik SaaS?

I can fix the issue using both Email and UsedID in section access. But for QlikBot use "\" instead of "\\"
