Have a QlikView task which seems to be running since 2 days

Have a QlikView task which seems to be running since 2 days.

I am not able to stop it. Even if I restart the services it still  shows as running.

Version: 11.20.12852.0

Stopping the task is the only intention then restart the server. So if anything in cache will release it.

Hi PrashantSangle, I restarted the server, the task shows as status 'Waiting' but when I right click and click Run it does not kick off
