Qlik Cloud: "Generate report" fails in automation. App in Managed Space, sheet is a Community Sheet

Automation (attached) fails for the user, user has created the sheet and the automation. Base app is in a Managed Space, user has "Can Contribute" on space, can export the sheet manually. The "Can Generate Report" permission is set to Allow.
Me as an admin can run the exact same automation.
Been searching for an answer to this for hours, have also granted the user all available permissions to the app-space without any change.
