Cara,

Vamos por partes, essa é uma ferramenta de terceiro.

Mas o erro que está dando é porque a ferramenta não consegue acessar um diretório.

** Erro

System.ServiceModel.FaultException: System.Exception: Document folder access rights are required!

Agora o diretório , ele não informa.

Pode ser o diretório que ele esta tentando ler os registro do QV

ou

O diretório que irá salvar algo.

Eu iria na primeira opção.. o diretório das informações do QV.

Então,

A ferramenta está nesse caminho: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Qliktech\Custom Data

Tenho permissão tanto na pasta onde esta a ferramenta como onde estão os QVW

Tem alguma outra pasta que ele faz a leitura desses arquivos?

Nem toda ferramenta de terceiro vale a pena..

as vezes compensa mais desenvovler uma do que usar alguma do mercado

Como é uma ferramenta de terceiro não sabemos direito como ela funciona, tente repassar esse problema para o fabricante, com certeza eles conseguirão te ajudar melhor.

O erro é claro, falta de permissão, porém fica difícil de dizer onde esta faltando permissão.

Já verificou o requisito abaixo :

The Windows account running the tools has to be a member of the following local groups on the Qlikview Server:
- QlikView Administrators
- Qlikview Management API

Note: If the "Qlikview Management API" group doesn't exist you will have to create it. After creation it's advised to restart the server or, at least, the Qlikview services.
