Qlik Sense Desktop abre em branco

Fiquei algum tempo sem usar, e agora ao iniciar aparece a mensagem "Abrindo o Hub" por 1 segundo, logo desaparece e fica a tela do Qlik Sense Desktop toda em branco.

Já reparei / desinstalei / reinstalei e continua o mesmo problema.

No Log do windows aparece esse erro:

Não é possível localizar a descrição da Identificação de Evento 300 na origem "Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher". O componente que gera esse evento não está instalado no computador local ou a instalação está danificada. Você pode instalar ou reparar o componente no computador local.

Detalhe:

CProcessManager::FileExists: FindFirstFileW failure (3); O sistema não pode encontrar o caminho especificado. Target = CapabilityService\index.js

Peter,

para ser mais rápido (pois achar o problema pode levar um tempo....) eu saia e entrava na kombi

- Desinstalava O Qlik Sense.

- Removia as pastas do Qlik Sense (dentro do C:\ProgramData   e do C:\Program Files\Qlik        ----tenho o server instalado e não sei quais pastas são do desktop....)  ***Backup das extensions e dos app e removia também  C:\Users\AMFurtado\Documents\Qlik

- Limpava Registro

- reiniciava a maquina

- instalava novamente, mas a ultima versão 3.1.4   - 3.1 SR4


Não esquece do backup......se decidir fazer isto....

Amigo;

Tente:

1º- Desativar o anti-virus e abrir o Qlik Sense;

2º- Remover temporariamente os Apps e testar: C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps

esta usando a versão 3.1.4, a ultima?

Tem skype (usando a porta 443) ?

abre o cmd e da o comando

netstat -ab | more  

para ver as portas......

Bom dia,

Observando o log do windows, recomendo que verifique a instalação do .NET Framework.

A versão que estou usando aqui é está: https://www.microsoft.com/pt-br/download/details.aspx?id=48137

Olá Alessandro,

Estou usando a versão 3.1 SR1

Não tenho skype instalado.

Em dezembro última vez que usei estava funcionando, depois disso não instalei mais nada, isso que acho estranho.

As vezes aparecia erro no servidor, eu apertava tentar novamente e abria, agora não entra mais.

Instalei.

Apareceu Erro no Servidor, coloquei tentar novamente durante umas 5 vezes e volto ao estado que estava antes:

abrindo hub por 1 segundo e tela em branco.

Peter,

para ser mais rápido (pois achar o problema pode levar um tempo....) eu saia e entrava na kombi

- Desinstalava O Qlik Sense.

- Removia as pastas do Qlik Sense (dentro do C:\ProgramData   e do C:\Program Files\Qlik        ----tenho o server instalado e não sei quais pastas são do desktop....)  ***Backup das extensions e dos app e removia também  C:\Users\AMFurtado\Documents\Qlik

- Limpava Registro

- reiniciava a maquina

- instalava novamente, mas a ultima versão 3.1.4   - 3.1 SR4


Não esquece do backup......se decidir fazer isto....
