How to add Data Classification header on top of QDC Landing web page

Hi Community,

I would like to add add Data Classification header on top of QDC Landing web page.

Please find below sample screenshot for reference where we want to show " ***Restricted - For Company Internal Use Only*** " on landing web page of QDC.

Does anyone knows how this can be incorporated into QDC landing page as per above shown screenshot.
