" System.OutofMemoryException " appears when i load the data in qlik cloud, But the same data when i load in Qlik enterprise its loading witout errors

suhailhafizkhan_0-1662533476674.png

The above error appears when i load data in qlik cloud for just one column. The same column when i load in Enterprise its loading without any errors.

I have also checked for the length of characters and everything seems to be same and its under 5 for each value.

I am able to load other datasets into cloud and enterprise without any hassle, but very few datasets have  memory issue in loading data into cloud (even with one column), but no issue while loading it in enterprise.

Help me find the issue behind this. Thanks in Advance.

Hi,

It is pretty hard to analyze from limited details on why the resource is utilizing more memory. With the help of an App analyzer, you could optimize the load or try incremental load.

Hi @suhailhafizkhan,

The above-mentioned error usually happens due to high consumption of memory by the objects or App size. Please refer here for the limit: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/App-and-storage-size-for-Qlik-Sense-Business-and-Enterprise-...

You cannot compare Qlik Sense On-Prem to SaaS here because On-prem Qlik Sense uses your local engine and memory calculation is different in SaaS. You can use App Analyzer to understand the memory consumption and memory footprint of the app.

Yes, But my question is i totally have 10 tables and every table is associated with one and another.I am able to 8 tables in cloud and i dont find the reason behind those 2 tables which are not getting loaded. This happens only with Qlik Saas cloud.

Is there any specific reason behind it?
