Services are locking because of the wrong password

It turns out that once a week the service is locking because of the wrong password. Simply enter the correct password and everything works.

By making a change in the configuration of the Server or Publisher  the login or password of the services are updated? It stores this information in a file?

Any tips?

Configuration:

Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise  (64 bit edition)

QlikView Version:11.00.11154.0
