Hi Marco,
I'd recommend asking Support on this. From a processing perspective any log of what Compose has processed (DL and DW) is managed and maintained in the target env and not on the Compose server. I would imagine you could migrate the data folder to the new server and install Compose - but you may have to reset passwords if the master pwd for the env is different.
Check with support as they will have specific directions for you.
