Survey monkey webconnector (missing custom variables)

Hello all,

We don't see the custum variables in the data set - and those are also available in the online result set. Is this expected behaviour with this beta component? Or would you expect the connector would download those data fields? I would think this is essential.

Hi Martijn - Just wanted to clarify, was it just the GetResponses table where you were expecting to see the custom variables included?

@gorterzelf - I believe so - this is in the change log for the upcoming release for the connector:

* New Columns: GetRespondentList: metadata_contact_first_name, metadata_contact_last_name, metadata_contact_email, custom_variables.
* New Columns: GetResponses: custom_variables, metadata_contact_email, metadata_contact_first_name, metadata_contact_last_name, total_time, date_created, date_modified, href.

Hi @chrisbrain I have been working with this for a while now and it works good. We only just migrated to the eu survey monkey so the link is changed. When I go to the connector and want to authenticate I get this link: SurveyMonkey - Log in but we now login with this link SM - Login EU the difference is the eu i think. Is there a solution for that? Maybe to connectors, one for VS link and one for eu link? Because now I can't use it anymore 😞
