Unable to get column information for the field used in the query

In Qlik Sense i tried to load the table. After fetching few rows it shows "Unable to get column information for the field used in the query: The Connection has been disabled". I am not able to understand why it is so?? is it a memory issue ?

Is it possible to have a look at your Query/Queries? or more detailed info?

I solved the problem as there was a large amount of data transfer over the cloud.

qlik sense and data source were on different server region in cloud. i made them in the same region server. now it is able to load the data.
