Is there a new Sep 2019 version of web connectors and where I can download from?

There is no new release of Qlik Web Connectors in September 2019, the latest release is from May 2019.

There is a section for connectors in the Qlik download portal. 

 

 

The url for download portal siffer between regions so I would recommend  you to find the correct link from by clicking the Download link in the header menu in the support portal https://support.qlik.com/ .
