Data Analytics Overview
Join Kevin Hanegan, Qlik's Chief Learning Officer, as he provides an introduction to the 4 levels of analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive) and how organizations can use each one to drive insights from their data.
Descriptive Analytics
In the second video, Kevin Hanegan will introduce the concept of a measurement framework and how organizations should leverage these to understand their business from a descriptive perspective. Topics also include key performance indicators (KPIs), including leading and lagging.
In the next session, Kevin Hanegan will dive into critical capabilities provided through descriptive analytics, including how to describe your data, how to organize your data, and then how to visualize your data.
Diagnostic Analytics
In the final video of this series, Kevin Hanegan will go beyond descriptive analytics to learn how to drill into your data for patterns and outliers to understand more about root causes and why things have happened within the business.
