I have the following issue when I try to mount a drive on the QV management console. I have already added a folder from a network drive "10.118.254.45" and it works fine.
The new server I am trying to add "10.118.254.44" has the same users and permissions as that of "10.118.254.45".
Please help resolve this issue.

I am guessing that you are not able to "lookup" on that server. Have you tried useing the Browse button?
You could also try turning on the Computer Browser Service on the new server.
I am able to "lookup" on the server. I can access the folder using the run module on the sever.
The other server on the network that has the folder mounted also does not have computer browser services enabled.
Is the QlikView Service account a local or domain user?
It is a domain service.
