Saben que tengo dos usuarios con licencias document call para revisar el mismo modelo, estas licencias se asignaron al modelo de gestión y los usuarios se agregaron a la ejecución automática de Publisher.

Saben que no le aparece el modelo al momento de entrar al Access Point, he hecho de todo, elimine los usuarios de ambos lados, corrí el modelo, luego volvi a darle licencias y los agregue a la carga y sigue el problema.

Podrían ayudarme por favor.
