My client is having a QlikView Enterprise Edition Server License which has a License key and a Control number. This license has 20 Named User CALs associated with it. I will not be able to contact this server online as the same is firewall protected and my client will not be opening that firewall for me to get into and extract a license. Hence, for me to get a license, I would need to do that offline.
Please help me in listing out the steps to my client to extract 1 Named User CAL from this server which he can share with me so that I can update that license in my local machine and can use the same for development (Like a License file which I can update in my system offline).
