I did this question to many people on Partners Connection on Orlando past month, since it was new on release no one had a certain answer for it. But a month from the event has anyone yet figured out the best answer for this?
For me is something like Sense is for everyone, any user can easily understand it and start using it. QV is for developers or more complex situations where the company need a better understanding of the company.
