Is there any course / certification / training you can recommend for BI managers / project managers / product owners? Looking for more BI theory and best practisses rather than IT related courses.

Qlik course portfolio only includes technical courses regarding our products.

What I would suggest, is to run a search for Business Inteligence, Business Analytics or Data Science courses in MOOC websites, like Coursera or EDX.

They have some specialization programs that include multiple courses, which I'm sure you'll find useful.
