Reload task

I can reload other tasks. Reload task of the specific table stucked on 44% for 2 days and i don't see any progress. 🙂

Hi @elinaz 

How big is the table? You can increase logging levels for Source_unload and Target_load in the log management settings from the Monitor tab to gather more info on the full load process. This will let you know if the task is reading the source and applying the records. Let us know if you see any errors.

You may need to start the load again if it's stuck without any errors.

1. The reload task on the table stucked on 44% for few days and no progress at all. Do you mean it doesn't get any problem if I stop task and Reload it again?

2. When I can use Resume instead of Reload?

Hi @elinaz ,

1. Task stuck on 44% for few days. Please check if connection was dropped by firewall, database or something else. I would suggest to set TCP keepAlive settings to detect dead connection. 

If you stop task and reload, all tables will be reloaded again. If you stop task and resume, only those tables in the "queued", i.e. not complete,  will  be reloaded.
