Geo Locations with Longitude and Latitude

Is there a way to get a CSV file for specifically South Africa with all it's Geo Co-Ordinates?

I have spent over a week looking for resources with no luck. Files were either outdated or specifically for main cities.

Please help! !

You can use the QGA connector to extract cities from the internal database using the Load op:
