Hierarchy Map in Qlik Sense with City and Area

Hey Qlik Enthusiasts,

I have a requirement in which I need to show City and Area(Locality) data.

I have tried Area layer and Point layer for showing State and City respectively.

But for City and Area(Locality), I need two Point Layers. But I have seen that Point Layers cannot be drilled down. Only Area Layer can be drilled down to Point Layer.

Can anyone put some inputs to get this requirement done? Is this requirement possible?

Thanks,

Amijit

Yes you can do , just apply conditional hide & show for layers. and when you click on any point in the map , it will go to other layer.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I am giving the condition in Calculation condition under Layer settings. But the layer doesn't pop up even though it is fulfilling the condition.

Thanks

I can't as I am doing in cloud and moreover my organisation doesn't permit me.

However I can explain you. I am using the below two conditions in Layer calculation condition

In City point layer, I am using the below condition -

if(getselectedcount(locality)>1,0,1)

and

In Locality point layer,

if(getselectedcount(city)>1,1,0)
