Qlik Geo Analytics can't find some location

Hi Guys,

I have been working on Qlik Geo Analytics map and had some issues finding some locations. I have locations drill by Country, State and Cities.

I have used bubble layer for cities and drill down Area layer for country and states.

The geo map didn't find Hong Kong as a country and Telangana, India as a state even though format and spelling looks correct. Like wise It did not find many other locations.

Sometimes It can find some locations and sometimes it can not.

Can someone please help me on this??

='Hong Kong' gives a result both as an country area and as country point.

same for ='Telangana'  as a adm1 area and adm1 point.
