QlikGeoAnalyticPlus not working as expected

Hello Team,

Suddenly my QlikGeoAnalyticPlus(Nov'2018) stopped working. I tried installing QlikGeoAnalyticPlus(Apr'2019) version but it is giving me error. Pls. find attached snapshots for the same. How can i solve this error?
