ravegeo admin not accepting username/pwd

Hi all, bpx‌‌

The ravegeo admin link http://localhost:8080/ravegeo/admin is asking for username and password but not accepting the one which I provided during the installation.

I am loggedin as server admin and had given the same UN/password during the server4.3 installation. Has anyone faced this

We suggest an uninstall and the install again. Username is always admin.

or
You can check C:\ProgramData\IdevioServer\config,ini but then yoy have to be an adminstrator

i was using administrator as the username which I gave during installation.
