I have just installed QlikView X64 Personal Edition (trial version) on my laptop. We are testing out this product for our company. I am trying to find some documentation on how to start using this application. I will need to connect to a SQL database for this testing.
You need to have an ODBC and a database user with read permissions, then you can use the connection wizard from the Script Editor of Qlikview Desktop to create the connection. You can encrypt the user and password.
