qlikview desktop licence problem

cant activate my qlikview desktop licence.

but i have installed the server correctly.

ant one can help me out..

it showing error as

qlik was unable to acquire valid licence information for your licence key.please contact qlik support

you installed the server

but did you apply the license on your server?

do you have some named cal?

did you try to get a license from the server (license lease)? or what?
