QV Governance Dashboard 2.1.2 Available (Sheet Usage issue)

Hi all!  I uploaded QV Governance Dashboard 2.1.2 which addresses an issue where Sheet Usage in Sense Profile Score only counts sheets used with AuditType=Document, AuditMessage=Open (The first sheet you open in a QV app). Please use this latest version. Thanks!

I get errors when I try and load / refresh my server data....

We're running 11.2 (11.20.12235.0)  of QV . 

The Field and Table not found errors appear to be when the SOE script is executed.

Any clues?
