A problem with the connection between QVS and nprinting 17.6

hi,

we have Nprinting 17.6 ,QVS , Sense

the connection to Sense work good but we have problem with thae QVS connection,

when i did the test conection it's ok (img Attach)

but whem i try to Reload Metadata it's failed

Did anyone had somthing like this??

Hi,

have a look in these documents. Maybe you have something unsupported in the document.

Also looking into your logs should help. Change the log level to Debug and run metadata reload again.
