Hi there,

I am running into this error message when trying to edit or create a new template (template editor).

Any idea how to fix this?

Hi,

QlikView NPrinting 16.* is no more supported so, please, pan you migration to Qlik NPrinting 17+ as soon as possible. Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/Migrate/Migrating.htm.
