Blank data going to user in nprinting

Dear All,

From Yesterday on wards user getting blank data though scheduling in n printing but  when I clicked on runnow in publish task then complete data went to user email.

Just want to know the reason behind it.

  • Switch to a QVP connection
  • Schedule the connection/connection trigger associated with the NPrinting report to reload every night.
  • Check that you do not have duplicate named variables in your QV app. If yes, make sure you rename them so they are all unique.
  • Check for and manage any unsupported QV items.

If the above does not resolve the issue, I suggest starting a support request with Qlik Support
