Cache Generation taking much time in Nprinting

Hi Folks,

My Application size is 1.5MB and having 6 objects. It's more than an hour  but cache is not generating and it's still showing 0%. I am using Nprinting  Sep 2017 17.5 version.

Could anyone advise me is there any settings needs to be changed to overcome from this issue?

Thanks & Regards

Krishna

First I suggest that you consider planning an upgrade to NP Febrary 19 or later versions as there have been many bug fixes, performance enhancements and new features added. See release notes for each version since 17.5 for these details.

Regarding your issues, you haven't mentioned if your application is QlikView or Qlik Sense.

If it's QlikView, please check for unsupported items as per the article in the following link.

If Qlik Sense application, make sure all of your Qlik Sense and NPrinting services are up and running.

IF all are up and running, make sure that your Engine status is 'online'.

If your engine is offline, it could be due to several factors.

You can check this articles to start troubleshooting that if needed.
