Can't reload metadata of connection in Qlik NPrinting

Hi,

In NPrinting I've created a connection to a Qlik Sense Enterprise server App. When I try to load the metadata I get the error at the bottom of this message.

If I then export the certificates of the Qlik Sense server (again) and import them again to NPrinting it will reload the metadata without problem.

The next day the same error message is back and I have to export and import the certificates again.

There are no custom certificates installed, just the default Qlik Sense ones.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Thijs,

What version of NPrinting? There was an issue in versions prior to 17.2.1 where the OS could delete the certificates from time to time.

HTH - Daniel.
